These last two weeks in digital design and animation(DDA) we’ve been working on Photoshop using Abode Photoshop. The first task we got for Photoshop was to build a sandwich which would help us practice working with Photoshop. The sandwich was kinda tricky for me because it was kinda different than what I had learned in photography earlier those last few days. The first thing we had to do is change the dimensions of our background layer, which is also locked meaning it cant be altered during the layer of the other photos. Then we would use the magic wand tool, I hated it honestly it wouldn't select everything and it was pretty annoying. The masking and cutting out part was easy, but you had to remember to invert the image before doing it; That was basically it for the sandwich pretty basic stuff. The football player was way hard for me personally some of the instructions weren't really clear to me and some tools I couldn't find so easily. I started to forget what we had done in Photoshop with the sandwich over the weekend. The only thing I liked about doing the football player was coloring it and seeing what colors made it pop out, we were learning a lot about color in photography. I had to color my first football player without any mask or cheats which took me longer than I wanted to be at the end of the day I finished it. So the next thing on my Photoshop to-do list is to do a pic of myself which I don't like any picture I have but I'll make it through with this:)
